Carbon Offsetting Contract
The Contract Offsetter is a dApp (with its own protocol) that makes it easy to see the footprint you have generated with your transactions and to offset it.
All you need to do is go to the dApp, connect your Metamask wallet, deposit BCT and redeem it for TCO2 as needed, and then, in the dashboard, you can load in all your transactions.
You’ll see exactly how much emissions you’ve generated and how much TCO2 it takes to offset them. You pick the TCO2 you want to use in the offset, click on “Offset All” and within moments you have offset your footprint. If you want to, you can also offset the footprint of other contracts/wallets. Any contract/wallet of your choice, you just need to know its address.
